
Sales Forecasting and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an analytical expert to join our team as a Sales Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical, data modelling, and reporting capabilities, with the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
- The Sales Analyst will contribute to accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts, in partnership with Planning, across key accounts and channels, by reviewing customer sell out, sku performance, while minimizing E&O risk and air freight spend, in accordance with regional KPIs.
Responsibilities:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine demand plans based on promotional calendars, seasonality, and market conditions, and ensure these align to the inventory investments of the business.
- Continuously improve sales forecasting accuracy by collaborating with Planning, identifying trends, variances, and market signals, and ensuring these findings are shared with the wider business.
Requirements:
- Analytical Expertise – Strong numerical, data modelling, and reporting capabilities; able to turn complexity into clarity.
- Forecasting Precision – Experience managing forecasts in environments with long product lead times and channel variability.
- Business Acumen – Understands key levers of revenue, margin, ROI, and promotional effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Able to align and communicate effectively across sales, planning, and finance teams.
- Commercial Thinking – Balances analytical rigour with commercial context to drive decisions.
- Initiative and Ownership – Self-starter with high attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
