Sales Insights Analyst

The role involves providing strategic sales insights to inform accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts, in partnership with planning teams across key accounts and channels. This includes reviewing customer sell out, SKU performance, while minimizing error risk and air freight spend, in accordance with regional KPIs.
Core Responsibilities:- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine demand plans based on promotional calendars, seasonality, and market conditions.
- Continuously improve sales forecasting accuracy by collaborating with planning teams, identifying trends, variances, and market signals.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, sell-through, stock cover, and retailer promotional effectiveness.
- Strong analytical expertise, numerical, data modeling, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience managing forecasts in environments with long product lead times and channel variability.
- Business acumen, understanding key levers of revenue, margin, ROI, and promotional effectiveness.
- Stakeholder collaboration, able to align and communicate effectively across sales, planning, and finance teams.
