Your Role as a Volunteer Retail Assistant

As a volunteer retail assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service.

  • Dressing shop windows and creating attractive displays.

  • Sorting through stock and maintaining a tidy and organised store environment.

  • Using the register and handling cash transactions.

  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales targets and promote our charity.
