Job Overview

Sydney-based higher education pathways provider seeks a dynamic HR professional for 12-month maternity leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work operationally within the client group and on strategic initiatives like HRIS implementation, wellbeing projects, and talent management.
  2. Own a client group comprised of the education function, manage ER Cases, coach leaders on people management skills, support recruitment activities and lead HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • A Senior HR Advisor with at least 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, handling ER/HR matters independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, an influential style across all levels of the business and the ability to drive capability uplift and support the wider strategic vision.
