You'll sit at the executive table and lead our marketing and communications strategy to engage students, build our profile, and position us for long-term growth.

What You'll Do

  • Drive our marketing and communications strategy across domestic and international student markets.
  • Lead brand, digital, and content campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee social media, website, and digital collateral—ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget and agency partnerships with discipline and flair.
  • Monitor competitors and trends to keep us one step ahead.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape our growth trajectory.

You'll Bring

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience
  • At least three years of experience in marketing to students in higher education (international experience a strong plus)
  • A sharp eye for data, design, and detail
  • Leadership and collaboration skills that build trust and deliver results
  • Strong ethical compass and a deep understanding of effective, responsible marketing
  • The right to work in Australia
