Product Strategy Manager

As a Product Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through the development and delivery of product strategy and roadmaps. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a 'build, measure, learn' culture that solves customer needs and achieves business objectives.

Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring teams to ensure that key business needs are met, facilitating planning and prioritization of roadmaps, and defining delivery sequences to meet overall objectives and timelines. You will also lead the operation of your product portfolio, ensuring that solutions are safe, scalable, and maintainable to provide a platform for continuous improvement and value delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an Agile environment and 3+ years in a technology support and/or delivery related role. They will be proficient in multiple Agile frameworks and possess knowledge and understanding of technology and tools such as Power BI, Splunk, AWS, Datalake, Airflow, Datastage, Teradata, SQL, Microfocus, and data analyzing skills.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience managing vendors, contract negotiation, SLA, and day-to-day operations and support management. They will also be able to design and facilitate fit-for-purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes and possess solid experience in operational service management.
