Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our personalization strategy. This role will involve guiding products from conception to launch by connecting technical and business worlds.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for personalization, focusing on increasing feature discoverability for multiple user segments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, marketing, and legal, to bring the product vision to reality.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to track the performance of personalization features and identify areas for optimization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • Experience in building consumer-facing products.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and investigative skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
