Product Planning & Market Intelligence Role Overview

The Product Planning & Market Intelligence Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable and electric mobility.

This position requires strong analytical and research capabilities, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for product strategy and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support short-, mid- and long-term future product development initiatives to ensure alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Contribute to product launch readiness activities, working closely with Sales, PR & Marketing teams to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Track and analyse product performance across different stages of the life cycle, recommending improvements or end-of-life strategies to optimise portfolio performance.
  • Monitor automotive industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning, providing actionable insights to enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver clear, concise monthly reports on product performance and market trends to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product planning, market research, or a related strategic role.
  • Strong command of market intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
