Product Strategy Manager

Our goal is to provide mobility and medical equipment that improves people's lives. We achieve this by offering a range of innovative products, including manual and powered wheelchairs, mobility scooters, beds, mattresses, patient lifters, ramps, and more.

As a Product Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic product marketing strategies aligned with our global vision and local market needs. This involves analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform smart pricing, promotions, and positioning.

Key aspects of the role include owning the product lifecycle from launch to legacy, partnering with internal and external stakeholders every step of the way. You will also support tender and contract responses with sharp commercial acumen, becoming a trusted advisor for internal and external partners and teams.

  • Craft and execute product marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of product lifecycle management, margin analysis, and commercial planning.
  • Collaborate on SIOP planning and pricing strategies.

The ideal candidate has around 5 years of experience in product or category management, preferably in rehab, aged care, or home care settings. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly desirable, and strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
