This role will provide administrative support to the Post Event Recovery Coordinator, focusing on tasks related to flood recovery. Once trained, the role offers a hybrid working arrangement with up to 4 days working from home each week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and compile information for the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA), including photo reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and database systems, particularly those used to inform actions related to the service review.
  • Process invoices and raise purchase orders in a timely manner.
Essential Criteria:
  • Experience providing administrative support to emergency management or infrastructure teams.
  • Local council experience is highly valued.
