About the Role

You'll work closely with clients and the internal/offshore bookkeeping team, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service. With two senior bookkeepers and offshore support handling much of the processing, your role will focus on:

  • Building strong client relationships and being the main point of contact
  • Processing transactions and reconciliations where required
  • Preparing BAS/IAS
  • Managing payroll (a key component of the role)
  • Assisting with reporting and compliance

About You

  • Experienced in bookkeeping with strong payroll knowledge
  • Comfortable liaising directly with clients and managing expectations
  • Xero experience is highly preferred (most clients are on Xero; Hubdocs also used frequently)
  • Proactive, organised, and collaborative team player
