Field Operations Expert

As a Field Operations Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the operational efficiency of our team.

Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of air travel. We rely on innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology to keep airports moving, airlines flying smoothly, and borders open.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs at customer locations.
  • Develop and implement data management strategies as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead teams to achieve objectives through clear communication and guidance.
  • Manage site operations, overseeing office functionality and on-site workers.
  • Coordinate logistics and manage necessary tools and equipment for field engineers.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in technical equipment or system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in data governance, quality monitoring, and analytics with knowledge of compliance standards in data management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and coaching team members.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, providing technical training, and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in data governance, facility management, or inventory/supply chain operations.
