Leadership Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of Financial Advisers in delivering quality, compliant intra-fund financial advice to our members.

The successful candidate will be passionate about financial advice and leading high-performing teams. They will foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, providing clear goals and consistent feedback.

The role involves leading and motivating a team of advice professionals, driving performance and capability development, championing member outcomes, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, managing escalations, complaints, and complex member requests, and collaborating on harmonisation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, people management and coaching experience, meet the Relevant Providers Education and Training Standards, and have experience in identifying and delivering operational efficiencies and developing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of Financial Advisers in delivering quality intra-fund financial advice to members
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Driving performance and capability development within the team
  • Championing member outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Managing escalations, complaints, and complex member requests
  • Collaborating on harmonisation initiatives to improve business processes
