Job Title: Senior Client Service Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our financial planning team as a Senior Client Service Officer.

About the Role:

This role involves providing exceptional support to our financial planning team, ensuring seamless implementation of advice and delivering outstanding client outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of Advice: Work closely with our financial planners to deliver high-quality advice to clients, ensuring all recommendations are thoroughly understood and implemented effectively.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their financial journey.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the financial planning team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Financial Planning Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in financial planning, preferably within a similar role or industry.
  • RG146 Qualification: Possession of an RG146 qualification or relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable.
  • SMSF Experience: Experience working with self-managed super funds (SMSFs) is preferred but not essential.
  • Xplan Software: Proficiency in Xplan software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
