As a Financial Management Specialist, you will play a key role in improving financial practices, frameworks, and reporting capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing improved financial management frameworks, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing improved financial management frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Preparing project documentation such as business cases, process maps, and performance reports.
  • Providing expert advice on budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in financial systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and standards.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support change management.
  • Facilitating workshops and capability uplift sessions.
  • Analysing financial data to support strategic decision-making and project performance tracking.
  • Developing dashboards and reports to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Advising senior executives on audit-related financial matters.

  • Proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to produce deliverables directly.
