Overview of the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to work effectively as part of a cohesive unit.

This role involves providing implementation and administrative support to a successful financial planning team. The responsibilities include:

  1. Implementation of advice to clients
  2. Fact finding and client validation
  3. Diary management and meeting coordination
  4. Processing, implementation, and administration of applications
  5. Client database management
  6. Administrative support and general office duties

The incumbent is expected to have 2-5 years of experience in the financial planning industry, with relevant qualifications including RG146 and/or relevant tertiary qualification. SMSF experience is preferable but not essential. Proficiency in Xplan software and Microsoft Office is also required.
