Join our team as a Pre-Delivery Coordinator and be part of the success of Sime Motors Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their vehicles on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to handover
- Demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Complete vehicle registrations
- Complete administration of deal packs, including post-delivery requirements
- Establish and develop strong relationships with internal sales departments
Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing or customer service role
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A full driver's license and a clean driving record
