Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive and memorable.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Effectively manage customer orders for concrete and aggregate products
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by providing feedback and suggestions on process improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia
  • Providing product information and answering customer queries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
