Responsibilities:
- To organize the transport of all orders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- To provide helpful information and answer questions to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
- To consult with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer opportunities are well pursued.
- To ensure that new customers are onboarded in compliance with our customer excellence process.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
