About the Role:

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of our organisation. You'll leverage your extensive experience in FP&A to guide budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. Your expertise will drive the financial health of key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to drive business performance.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering financial guidance and support to optimise decision-making and strategy.
  • Project Management: Oversee project appraisal, business case development, and ongoing budget management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within financial parameters.
  • Portfolio Accounting: Apply your strong knowledge of project and portfolio accounting to manage and report on financials in a project-focused environment.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven success in FP&A with a solid track record in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in a business partnering role, with a focus on influencing and advising senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in project appraisal and business case development, along with a history of managing project budgets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio accounting, with hands-on experience working in a project-driven setting.
