Senior Finance Partner Job Description

At Randstad, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Services division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Performance Planning: Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business performance.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify and drive strategic initiatives and investment opportunities to enhance business growth and profitability.
  • Insights and Data Analysis: Develop business cases and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and advising on key business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Finance Business Partnering: Proven experience in finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, preferably in retail/consumer/personal banking.
  • Banking Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking industry, including regulatory requirements and changing market trends.
  • Data and Business Intelligence: Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent business writing, verbal presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
