Senior Finance Business Partner

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our client, a leading provider of financial and accounting software for accountants, bookkeepers, and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). As a key member of the Finance Team, you will support the AU Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with strategic business analysis and serve as a trusted advisor to the Business Unit Leader and the broader Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the Sales & Marketing strategy for Australia, setting priorities based on analytics and business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying risks and opportunities for growth, and assisting with investment decisions through business modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to lead forecasting and analytics, impacting short, medium, and long-term investments.
  • Influence actions and decisions among internal teams, partners, and senior executives.
  • Drive investment choices to achieve desired returns (ROI) and manage business acquisition costs for Sales & Marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and other strategies to promote growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, FP&A, or similar.
  • Must have experience and knowledge in SaaS/Cloud Computing and Commercial Finance.
  • Qualified Financial Analyst/Accountant with CPA or CMA qualification.
  • Must have experience with Oracle Hyperion, including the ability to model and analyse complex business scenarios.
  • Proven experience in providing insights and analytics that drive performance.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: $677 per day + Super (equivalent to $162,000 - $176,000 + Super).
  • Flexible Working: 2 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
  • Contract Details: Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion.
  • Contractor Perks: Paid Recharge Days and Public Holidays, including one week off between Christmas and New Year.
