Senior Finance Analyst Business Partner

Join our team at EFinancialCareers Ltd. as a Senior Finance Analyst Business Partner, where you will play a key role in providing financial support and partnering with the Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO) to build and deliver world-class experiences for our customers using the power of data and analytics.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst Business Partner to join our team. As a Senior Finance Analyst Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support and partnering with the CDAO to deliver financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting and insights for senior management, including workforce and license spend.
  • Collaborate with the COE offshore finance team to maintain robust financial control through processing journals, P&L analysis, assistance with balance sheet analysis, substantiation, and reconciliation.
  • Provide financial support for both BAU and investment-related activities, including reforecasting.
  • Implement process improvements and automation to streamline work.
  • Positively contribute to team culture and the work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent commercial acumen.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
  • Innovative and able to drive results.
  • Working understanding of financial accounting.
