Asset Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an Asset Coordinator to join our team in a growing organization within the Group Asset division. This role will be offered as a fixed-term position with a possibility of extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in asset management and coordination.

The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure asset specifications are configured correctly, managing asset utilization, eliminating unnecessary assets and costs, and supporting the provision of repairs and maintenance requests.

  • Manage asset utilization and eliminate unnecessary assets and costs.
  • Support the provision of repairs and maintenance requests, fuel cards, tolls, telematics, infringements, breakdowns, and accident management services.
  • Maintain the asset database and other applicable databases.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in asset management and/or contract management, who has strong communication skills and is proficient in MS Office suite.
