We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate and Development Associate to join our team at Allens. As a key member of our Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including commercial development, urban renewal, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on significant commercial development, urban renewal, and infrastructure projects, including commercial office towers, industrial facilities, build-to-rent projects, mixed-use precincts, and renewable energy projects.
- Providing expertise on acquisitions and disposals of assets of all types of property classes, including commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and hotels.
- Assisting with sale and leaseback transactions, tourist resorts, and mixed-use developments and operations.
- Supporting joint venture and co-ownership arrangements, leasing and lease negotiation, and real estate aspects of M&A transactions.
- Providing general real estate advice on subdivisions, enforcement of securities, and financing.
Requirements
- Experience in a Real Estate team within a reputable law firm, with a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage matters autonomously and as part of a team, with a willingness to participate in business development activities.
- Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
