  • Coordinate building maintenance and essential services to ensure optimal property condition
  • Manage rental arrears, breach notices, and VCAT attendance to minimize disputes
  • Handle insurance payments, claims, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless property management
Requirements
  • Current VIC Agent's Representative Certificate required
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with property management software and leasing laws
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
