About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Acquisition Finance, you will be responsible for the delivery, execution, and ongoing management of Acquisition Finance transactions. This involves a high level of interaction with clients, Relationship Management, Risk, and other key stakeholders. The role also involves the development of junior staff within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Originate, execute, and distribute a multiproduct offering within Corporate Finance through client research & analysis, preparation of marketing material, pitching to customers, and evaluating customer readiness.
Assist in the maximisation of Business revenue and return through the generation of new opportunities and the efficient allocation of Bank capital.
Identify succession and merger and acquisition opportunities to meet customer requirements across various Business industries.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A proven track record in corporate / acquisition or structured finance.
Well-developed influencing, networking, and relationship skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify ongoing process efficiencies.
Strong understanding of the relevant market, business, and economic trends.
Extensive experience with credit negotiations, risk assessment, cashflow analysis/modeling, and transaction documentation.
