
Fashion Industry Relationship Builder

This role is responsible for identifying, securing, and growing brand partnerships across multiple operating models. The successful candidate will own the full business development cycle from outreach through onboarding.

- Lead the acquisition of new brands across our marketplace and marketplace+ models.">
- Drive conversion of existing marketplace brands into marketplace+.">
- Secure strategic wholesale buys where appropriate.">
- Act as the primary commercial contact for your brand portfolio.">
- Build trust-based relationships and deliver tailored growth strategies for each partner.">
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.">
- Use performance data to inform product mix, promotional cadence, and merchandising plans.">
- Identify new category opportunities and market gaps aligned with customer demand.">
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in fashion buying, brand partnerships, or business development ideally in a multi-brand, e-commerce or marketplace environment. They will have proven ability to identify, secure, and scale partnerships.
">They will also have deep understanding of commercial models (marketplace, wholesale, drop-ship). Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills are essential. A highly collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset is also required.
