We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of implementations across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Rating modules.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and adherence to implementation best practices and methodologies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support pre-sales activities including effort estimation and proposal development.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Duck Creek product suite, Agile, Waterfall project delivery methodologies, P&C system architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.

Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in implementations.
  • Strong expertise in P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
