- Bachelor degree in social work or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in crisis intervention, clinical assessment/case management.
- Extensive knowledge of grief, loss, and trauma counseling, including facilitating viewings and providing support to relatives and friends.
- Flexible work practices and rostering arrangements.
- Funded external supervision.
- Career opportunities and professional development.
- Recent hospital-based experience in providing embedded/situational counselling and support.
- Ability to exercise independent professional judgement and advocate for clients in complex situations.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills.
