Key Responsibilities- Deliver Person-Centred Care Duties: Provide individualised support to residents with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence.
- Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with each resident, understanding their needs and preferences, and empower them to continue doing the things they love.
- Work Collaboratively: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve exceptional outcomes for our residents.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support: Must hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
- Patient Care Skills: Able to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and promoting independence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts across multiple days.
