We're looking for a highly skilled Account Manager to lead and mentor our team, delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Job Description
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proactive client-focused selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Prospect new clients and consistently achieve and exceed sales and market share targets within your allocated portfolio of agency clients.
  • Maintain and grow client portfolios across both agency and direct businesses, identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and lead both clients and team members.
  • Proven experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for clients and the business.
  • 3-5 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
