Sales Leader for Truck Industry

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive sales performance and grow our dynamic truck sales team in Shepparton.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle sector. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading strategic initiatives, and fostering long-term relationships with customers and OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to drive growth and increase market share.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and OEMs.
- Manage tenders and high-value negotiations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure stock is marketed effectively.
- Oversee training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the automotive or heavy vehicle sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and engage a high-performing sales team.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and analytical thinking.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
