We are seeking an experienced Wound Management Specialist to join our team. This is a key leadership role that involves providing clinical expertise and guidance on wound management and skin integrity.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in wound management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice, support, and educational services to healthcare professionals across the state.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to wound management.
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and allied health clinicians to make a significant impact on patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced level clinical expertise in wound management, including assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to provide clinical leadership and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly developed effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to support interdisciplinary team environment activities.
