
Clinical Team Lead

As a Discipline Area Manager, you will collaborate with managers to ensure your team is trained, supported, and held accountable to performance expectations. You will maintain clinical standards in delivering quality client outcomes.
Key Leadership Responsibilities- Drive accountability to performance metrics, clinical policies, and procedures.
- Develop and champion strategies to enhance a positive work culture, fostering teamwork and well-being to raise job satisfaction.
- Develop and implement individual clinician career development plans to support clinical growth and caseload development aligning to each of your team members' clinical and career goals.
- Lead by example by maintaining a clinical caseload (minimum expectation of 21 billable hours per week).
- You have demonstrated ability to meet and exceed billable hour/KPI expectations.
- You have proven ability to maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes.
- You can develop and implement new strategies and prioritize workloads.
- You possess strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills to lead and drive excellence.
- You have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have a positive disposition, empathy, and patient manner.
- You have minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
- You hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy.
- You are currently registered with AHPRA.
- You have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- You hold a current CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- You have a satisfactory Police Check.
- You have a current Medicare Provider Number or capacity to obtain.
- You are willing to work flexible hours as required, including the requirement to travel and work across multiple sites.
