
Clinical Team Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our clinical team and contribute to the development of positive behaviour support strategies.
The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practice, and leadership in clinical settings. They'll be responsible for mentoring and supervising staff, providing education and development opportunities, and collaborating with external partners such as the National Disability Insurance Scheme Quality and Safeguards Commission.
A key aspect of this role is monitoring and evaluating the use of restrictive practices, ensuring that they are used only when necessary and with the least possible restriction. The successful candidate will also provide information on the rights of people with disabilities and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
