Job Title: Practice Lead

This includes providing leadership in clinical practice, including mentoring and supervision of staff, as well as completing clinical documentation and data collection requirements to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contributing to education on trauma-informed and evidence-based information for the disability services sector.
  • Allocating applications from disability services providers to use restrictive practices.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the use of restrictive practices.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification as an approved allied health professional and registration with the relevant National Board or professional association.
  • Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration NDIS Endorsed (or ability to quickly acquire).
  • A pre-employment check including conviction checks, identification check, and disciplinary action in previous employment check.
