As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of the brand across Australia. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the rollout of retail sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Identifying and securing new retail partnerships in multiple regions
  • Onboarding, educating, and training retail teams to elevate product knowledge and brand representation
  • Developing long-term relationships with retail partners as their key point of contact
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to implement in-store activations, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform sales strategies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in BDM, account management, or retail sales, preferably in baby, juvenile, or premium consumer goods
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to hold strategic conversations with retailers
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to influence and lead
  • Organization, systematic reporting skills, and attention to detail
  • A passion for premium, well-presented products and elevated brand experiences
  • Willingsness to travel frequently and work independently
