Lead Insurance Account Strategist

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and manage complex client relationships in the insurance sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand existing insurance accounts and portfolios, focusing on retention, development, and increased market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with key stakeholders, including CxOs and senior leaders.
  • Innovation: Identify strategic initiatives that support clients' business goals and drive transformational programs within the insurance industry.
  • Market Positioning: Develop and execute plans to increase mindshare and wallet share in targeted market segments and portfolios.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in account management, insurance domain, superannuation domain, or business development activities in the IT service industry, with a proven track record of managing global and local insurance clients.
  • A seasoned business development professional with an excellent history of managing, retaining, and developing businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of technology and business segments within the financial services sector.
  • Established connections to senior business and technology leadership in the insurance sector.
