About the Role

As part of our Insurance Accounts Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate receipting, managing account queries, and supporting our underwriters and accountants to maintain financial integrity across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily receipts and payments with accuracy and timeliness
• Minimise unallocated cash and ensure correct account allocation
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve policy/payment discrepancies
• Respond to client account queries professionally and promptly
• Support trust bank reconciliations with our accounting team

What You Bring

• Experience in accounts receivable and/or credit control (highly desirable)
• Background in insurance or financial services (advantageous)
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit
• Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
