Job Description

This role provides an opportunity to lead clinical teams, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents at all times. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will work closely with the clinical and support teams to achieve quality resident outcomes.

  • Lead and coach clinical and support teams to deliver exceptional care to elderly residents.
  • Work collaboratively with the residential team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

For success in this role, you'll need:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
  • Previous experience working within a Residential Aged care setting in a similar role.
