Lead Dementia Care Professional

Job Description:

This leadership role focuses on developing and implementing effective dementia care programs across all centres. The position requires a skilled professional to oversee daily program delivery, ensure alignment with client needs and legislative requirements.

  • Co-ordinate and lead the dementia care team ensuring staff receive comprehensive support.
  • Develop, implement, and review dementia care programs based on client feedback and attendance.
  • Ensure activities are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support the development of Program Assistants and Volunteers through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
