Clinical Nurse Consultant 3 - Complex Care and Frequent User Management Program

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with:

  • Current registration from the relevant professional body.
  • A minimum of seven years' post-graduate experience, including five years' in the specialty field.
  • Postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the specialty field.

With your strong clinical expertise and leadership skills, you will make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the excellence of our services.
