About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recreation Development Officer to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our sports administration team, you will play a crucial role in shaping sport and recreation initiatives in Launceston.

Job Description

We are seeking someone with experience in sports or recreation development, strong project management skills, and a passion for community engagement.

  • Advising on and driving development in sport and recreation initiatives
  • Supporting local clubs and organizations to boost community participation
  • Identifying funding opportunities and overseeing facility maintenance strategies

You will be responsible for managing recreational facilities and operations, including swimming complexes and community parks. If you have a background in Sports Administration or Human Movement, this could be the perfect role for you.
