Biblically Grounded Educator for Christian Community

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team as a Secondary Science Maths Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students within a Christian environment and biblical worldview.
The successful candidate will have the capacity to lead the Christian formation of students, contribute to an inclusive approach to learning, and develop an approach to education that is biblically grounded, Christ-focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous.
This full-time position involves teaching and supporting Secondary students (both on campus and online) within a cohesive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach the prescribed curriculum to develop students' interests, skills, and abilities;
- Actively lead the Christian formation of students through education and guidance;
- Contribute to an inclusive approach to learning and cross-cultural understanding in students;
- Develop an approach to education that is biblically grounded, Christ-focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous;
- Participate in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and liaise with parents where appropriate.
Requirements
- You have suitable qualifications and experience in teaching Secondary Science and Maths;
- You possess a capacity to work in a growing school with a hands-on approach;
- You're highly motivated and confident in the use of technology;
- You have a servant heart and vibrant Christian faith;
- You will be highly empathetic and able to consider the needs of families while progressing the delivery of service in a timely manner;
- You'll thrive when working collaboratively and when given the opportunity to show initiative;
- You will have a great attention to detail.
