Job Title: Centre Manager, Headspace Inala

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our multiple programs delivered at headspace Inala. The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance and support to our multidisciplinary team, who deliver evidence-based, client-centred services to young people in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation and oversight of multiple service programs
  • Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring skills to build a collaborative and high-performing team
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary service delivery model, including coordination of care for young people with complex needs
  • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including priority populations, demonstrating culturally sensitive engagements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous work experience demonstrating effective leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Management and Leadership or Human Services related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery model
