We are seeking an experienced and skilled Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to young people. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, coaching, and mentoring, with excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The Centre Manager will be responsible for leading the coordination of care for young people with complex needs, developing and implementing programs that meet their needs, and managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery model. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, including priority populations, and providing cultural sensitive engagement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have:

  • ">
  • Previous work experience demonstrating effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.">
  • Tertiary level qualifications in Management and Leadership or Human Services related disciplines.">
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery model.">
  • Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.">
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport.">
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Children screen and successful police history check.">
