Job Description

The position of Senior Estimator is a critical role within our company, responsible for ensuring that projects are profitable, delivered on time, and within budget. This involves preparing detailed cost estimates for modular home projects, analyzing architectural designs and engineering drawings to produce accurate quantity take-offs and pricing.

As a Senior Estimator, you will collaborate with in-house design, production, and project management teams to ensure estimates reflect modular construction methods and factory efficiencies. You will source and negotiate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for factory-built modules and site works, and prepare budgets and tender submissions considering modular construction timelines and logistics.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the home building industry, with previous experience in estimating within the modular construction industry being highly advantageous. Proven time management and organizational skills, experience with advanced estimating software, and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team are essential requirements.
