We believe in the talent and strength of our team, so that, in aim to keep growing together, we are looking for one Senior Electrical Engineer for our Brisbane Head Office.

Mission: Coordinate the site team in order to ensure that the delivery deadlines of the photovoltaic plant are met and that their individual objectives are achieved.

• Preparation and maintenance of project budgets and forecasts.
• Monthly analysis of costs allocations, actuals and accruals.
• Variance analysis of monthly movements & budget vs forecast.
• Monitor potential risks and opportunities.
• Updating the projects cash flow forecast.
• Review and amendment recommendations to the project coding structures.
• Maintain close contact with the relevant contracts administrators to ensure the contract data is accurately reflected in the cost system and assist in efficiently administering the project.
• Preparation and submission of monthly client progress claims.
• Support Project Managers with subcontractor's progress claims documentation.
• Support project activities within the scope of the role.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and work practices.
• Preparation of month end journals and process expenses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business or Finance.
• Postgraduate studies in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering industry.
• Previous experience in cost controlling throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in applying cost control systems and using ERP systems.
