Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including fish, meat, and vegetables, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate duties to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items in collaboration with our Restaurant Manager and Sous Chefs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet demanding service standards and deadlines.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $73,000 - $83,000, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
